— Your order will be prepared and dispatched within 1-3 business days of payment receipt.
— You will receive an email confirmation including a tracking number.

You want to return a purchased product? No problem! Simply fill out the form below within 14 days from receipt of purchase.

Once successfully received, you will receive a confirmation email with detailed information on the return procedure.

Make sure to use original packaging and include all the leather pieces from your kit when returning your order. Only unused items in perfect condition will be accepted.

The return shipping cost is covered by you and will not be refunded, unless the delivered product is defective or incorrect.

Your new item or refund (minus the return shipping cost) will be credited as soon as we receive your parcel. Refunds are processed using the same payment method used during the initial purchase.

Gift cards are not eligible for return.
